i’m back with posting some recipes. after the pizza episode we had so many basil left. i made fresh basil butter with them to slab on toast or just for stir frying. i’m sharing one of the basic basil recipe. i opt the chili and the hotness out because it was for my son. i modified the recipe from here. it’s so easy

2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon of mince garlic

how to make:
1. heat the sesame oil and fry the garlic until slightly brown, put in the mince tempe, stir fry them until the tempe is firm
2. put in the sugar, pepper and fish sauce, put in the green beans, lastly put in the basil, mix them for a couple minutes, remove from heat
3. serve warm with rice
